E. L Fay defeated W. W. Howard in a shooting match at Burrton yesterday. The conditions of the match was fifty blue rocks per man, American association rules. The light was very poor and the lateness of the hour and a dar back ground of cottonwood trees, made a good score well nigh net to impossible. Mr. Fay is a popular conductor on the Frisco and Mr. Howard is a shot of local reputation, but the railroad man clearly outshot his opponent and landed a winner by a score of 3 to the good.
