| Mr. Michael Hoffman was the one fatality following a tornado. The house at his place was destroyed and his lifeless body was found after the storm. Dr. Wuttke was called as soon as a messenger could find his way to town, as all telephone connections had been severed. His widow suffered several fractured ribs. Their 13 year old son was not injured. |
