Obituary

Wilbur was a prominent stock-man and farmer in Harvey County and founder of Prouty Truck Line.

He was a descendant of Amos Prouty whose family were some of the very first settlers to come and homestead in Harvey County.

Wilbur had two sons, Robert L. and Ted E. and six daughters, Jean A., Elizabeth M., Marilyn S., Carol A., Mary K,.and Donna J. He had one brother, Clyde Henry Jr. Prouty, and a sister Dorothy.
