Obituary

George, Shirley Ann, 60, hospital floor care supervisor, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2000. Visitation with family 7 to 8:30 p.m. today, service 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, both at Petersen Funeral Home; service 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sunset Lawn Cemetery, El Dorado.

Survivors: daughters, Mary Hand of Hesston, Paula George-Dennett of Newton; stepsons, Mike of Hutchinson, William II of Wichita, Curtis of Sylvan Grove; companion, Jake Bowhan of Wichita; brothers, Clyde Havens of LaVerne, Calif., Larry Havens of West Moreland, Colo., Vernon Havens of Loveland, Colo., Virgil Havens, Harold Havens, both of Newton; sisters, Phyllis Lehrman of West Cliff, Colo., Marilyn Brickell, Helen Partridge, Sandy Wall, all of Newton, Jo Wood of Wichita; 16 grandchildren. Memorials have been established with Newton Dialysis Center and Central Care Cancer Center.
