Coulter of Wichita. Mrs. Coulter was a charter member of the Methodist church in Newton and for many years was active in the work of the church organizations, giving a service that was admirable example for her friends both in and outside the church fold. She was a charter member of the Woman's Relief Corps and had been chaplain from the time of the organization of the Corps in 1883 until she left Newton. She was also a member of the W. C. T.
