Obituary

Kansan, Monday, August 14,1905.

Mrs. John Hartenberger who died August 8th of tuberculosis in California was brought to the city yesterday. The funeral was held at the German Lutheran Church on West South 3rd street yesterday afternoon a 2 o'clock and was attended by a large number of sympathetic friends.

Mrs. Hartenberger was only thirty-two years of age at the time of her death and leaves her husband and two children, a daughter seven years old and a son two years old. She was greatly loved by all who knew her and her death is deeply deplored.
