Howard W Miller

Howard W. Miller, 98, died Sunday (Oct. 24, 2010) at Moundridge Manor. He was born on Aug. 23, 1912, to William and Clara Iutzi Miller in Ithaca, Mich. He was a farmer-dairyman. He married Alice Wenger on Jan. 21, 1934, in Hesston. She died on April 27, 2000. Survivors include four sons, Wayne Miller of El Campo, Texas, Weldon and Winston Miller, both of Louisville, Ga., and Galen Miller of Ithaca, Mich.; 12 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Moundridge Funeral Home, and from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Meridian Church of God in Christ, Mennonite in Hesston. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Gospel Tract and Bible Society, in care of the funeral home.
