Obituary

Mrs. Mary E. Rousell, widow of Ed Rousell, passed away Saturday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. C. Steinkirchner, following a long illness. She had reached the age of 89 years, 4 months and 17 days and had resided in this city for the past 44 years. She leaves a son, C.E. Rousell of rural Newton, two daughters, Mrs. Nellie Cook of Los Gatos, Calif., and Mrs. Steinkirchner. She also mothered a grandson, John Goodwin, high ranking railroad official of Chicago. Funeral services will be conducted at the Duff and Son Funeral Parlor at 10:00 o'clock Wednesday morning with Rev. Earl Minturn, pastor of St. Mathews Episcopal Church officiating. Interment will take place in the family lot in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Duff and Son. Friends may see Mrs. Rousell at the Duff parlor Tuesday evening between the hours of 7 and 9.
