Evening Kansan Republican, Tuesday, July 13, 1943

Courtney Trask Wilson, was born on October 30, 1869 at Wapallo, Iowa, son of Roseberry and Cornelia Trask Wilson. He departed this life July 5, 1943 at the Axtell Christian hospital following a short illness.

He came to Kansas with his parents in 1878, having had lived the last 35 years at the family residence in Annelly, where he entered into the affairs of the community. His greatest interest was his home and family, to these he was deeply devoted always willing to lend a helping hand. He made many friends wherever he went and will be greatly missed in the home and community. He was a member of the Woodman Lodge of Annelly.

He leaves to mourn his passing, one brother Guy Wilson, of the home, a sister Mrs. Alpha Gates, four nieces and four nephews, besides a host of friends and long acquaintance's.
