Yesterday morning's dispatches from Kansas City stated that John Schragg, or Burrton, had been arrested in federal court on a charge of violating the espionage act, and would be prosecuted by District Attorney Fred Robertson. Schragg is the man who was the cause of the recent disturbances at Burrton.
