Lineaweaver, Elizabeth

Evening Kansan-Republican

E. P. Libbey received a telegram this morning telling of the death of Mrs. Libbey's mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Lineaweaver, which occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ida L. Bolcourt, in Los Angeles yesterday, January 17, 1919 at the age of 86 years. Mrs. Lineaweaver will be brought to Newton on No. 10 Tuesday, which arrives here about 10:40, and will be taken to the Duff undertaking parlors, and from there to Greenwood cemetery, where a short service will be conducted by Rev. R. L. George, of the Methodist Church, and interment made by the side of her husband. Mrs. Lineaweaver is the widow of O. P. Lineaweaver, who died here some twelve years ago. They were early settlers in Richland township. Mrs. Lineaweaver lived for a number of years in Newton before going to Los Angeles to live. She leaves two daughters to mourn her loss. The Kansan hopes to have a more extended obituary of Mrs. Lineaweaver to publish later. Evening Kansan-Republican, 18 Jan 1919
