Nathaniel Anderson

Nathaniel "Clark" Anderson, 90, of 424 E. 3rd, a retired Santa Fe Railway custodian, died Saturday ( Sept. 27, 1986) at Kansas Christian Home.
Services will be at 2p.m. Tuesday at Draper-Cannon Chapel, with Elder Hosea O. Davis and Phillip Kratzer officiating. Burial will be at greenwood Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 16, 1896 in Valley Center, the son of Nathaniel and Maggie Clark Anderson. On Dec. 5, 1925 he married Viola Mae Kratzer in Hutchinson. She died Dec. 12, 1969. He was a member of the Church of God in Christ.
Survivors include one son, Harvey C. Anderson of Newton; one daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Parks of Wichita; one stepson, Nathaniel B. Ray of wichita; one stepdaughter, Mrs Thelara Fortson of Bridgeport, Okla.; one sister Marguerite Huffman of Newton; 23 grandchildren and eight reat-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two stepsons, one stepdaughter, one brother, and four sisters.
