Obituary

C. Leola White, 80, 801 E. 11th, a lifetime Harvey County resident, died Saturday (Oct. 27, 1984) at her home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Draper-Cannon Funeral Chapel in Newton, with Revs. Murray Long and Philip Kratzer officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
She was born Sept. 28, 1904 in Harvey County, the daughter of Nate and Maggie Anderson. On Oct. 7, 1931, she married Hannibal White in Newton. He preceded her in death Feb. 7, 1970.
She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Newton.
Survivors include two sons, Hanns of Tacoma Wash., and Earl of Newton; one daughter, Dona Wells of Newton; a brother, Clark Anderson of Newton; a sister, Mrs. Marguerite Huffman of Newton; and four grandchildren. One son, Donald, preceded her in death in 1955.
