Jack Russell Hagen, 42, professional musician, died this morning at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John J. Hagen, 417 E. 6th.

Born Nov. 9, 1914 in Newton, Mr. Hagen attended local schools. At one time he had his own band and until recently promoted musical theatrical entertainments in various parts of the country.

He was a member of the Episcopal church and Masonic Blue Lodge in Oklahoma City, his former headquarters.
