Obituary

Delbert Leland Hall, former Matfield Green resident 96, died Nov. 1, 2001 at the Rockwood Health Care Center, Rockwood, Tenn. A graveside service was held at Matfield Green Cemetery on Nov. 5, 2001.

Delbert Leland Hall, the son of Harrison Benjamin and Carrie Alban Hall, was born Feb. 12, 1905, at Arkansas City. He was married to Laura Lorene Hall who preceded him in death. He was a missionary for 35 years and a member of the South Harriman Baptist Church.

He is survived by a son, Thomas Samuel Hall, Sr. of Rockwood, Tenn.; a brother, Thomas William Hall of Newton; a sister Mary D Schroeder of Missouri; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Brown- Bennett-Alexander Funeral Home handled the service.
