Obituary

Eldon R. Starin, 77, went to be with his Lord at 4:15 a.m. Sunday, May 7, 2006, at Newton Medical Center.

He was born Aug. 4, 1928, in Breckenridge, Minnesota to Adam and Clara (Nelson) Starin. They preceded him in death. He grew up in his father and grandfather's welding and blacksmith shop in Wyndmere, N.D., where he learned the art of welding well. On May 13, 1945, in Breckenridge, Minn., he married Betty Jo Gabriel, a farm girl from the Barney, N.D., area. (Incomplete)
