Pashe, George

The Burrton Telephone

Died - Of typhoid fever, October 1st, 1879, at the Howard farm east of Burrton, George Pashe, aged 19 years.

A few months since, George came with his father and mother to Kansas to make a new home, but his plans were thwarted by an over-ruling Providence. His parents are left in solitude to mourn his departure, but their loss is his gain. He died in the triumphs of the Christian faith. His remains were interred in the Halstead cemetery to await the resurrection of the just. Rev. Wood performed the funeral rites.
