Mrs. Leona Mannon
Mrs. Leona M. Mannon, 70, wife of Silas Mannon of 317 E. 6th, died early today at Bethel Deaconess Hodpital.
She was born July 11, 1888 in Olathe, Kansas, and had lived in this community for 37 years.
Mr. and Mrs. Mannon were married here Aug. 18, 1921. She was a member of the A.M.E. Church.
In addition to her husband, the only survivors are nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Draper's Funeral Home. The Rev. S.W. Wilerson and the Rev. D.P. King will officiate and burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
