Obituary

F. LaDeen Willm, 84, Halstead, died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2003 at Newton Medical Center. She was born April 11, 1919 at Halstead, daughter of Alfred Roy and Elizabeth Chrismore Hall.

She wasa nursing home administrator at Halstead and Sedgwick and was former owner and operator of the Yarn Shop in Halstead. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Charter member of Halstead Hospital Auxillary, and Ruth-Wilson Legion Post 231 all of Halstead, Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 5 and Lady Elks, Newton.

On July 31, 1940 she married James Pershing Willm at Halstead. He preceded her in death on Feb. 25. 1999.

Survivors: son, James L. Willm, Nickerson; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; She was preceded in death by brothers, Alvin Hall, Elbert Hall, Gerald Hall and Robert Hall.

Graveside services were held in the Halstead Cemetery with Rev. Nancy Lambing presiding. Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead was in charge of arrangements.
