Obituary

Edna Velma Hanselman Rudicel, 15 Glass Manor, 787, died Dec. 25, 1984 at Hutchinson Hospital. Born Edna Jewell June 8, 1906 at Burrton, she married Waldo "Jack" Hanselman Oct 29. 1926 at Newkirk, Oklahoma. He died Nov. 2, 1955. She married Lt. Col. C. C. Rudicel at Fort Carson, Colo. June 25, 1958. She had been a resident of Hutchinson since 1961, formerly of Burrton and Haven.

She was a member of First Methodist Church, Hutchinson, Order of the Eastern Star, Reno County Historical Society, American Legion Auxillary, Democratic Club of Reno County, Hutchinson Retired Officers Associatiion and Jolly Homemakers Club.

Survivors: husband, of the home; sons, Jack Hanselman, Ocala, Florida; Jay Hanselman, New Holland Penn; daughters, Joan Kaufman 7 Glass Manor, South Hutchinson, Joyce Moore, Quartzsite, Arizona; 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be Friday at the Cantwell Chapel, Haven with the Rev. Wayne Findley. Burial will be in Burrton Cemetery.
