Obituary

Stafford: Hershel L. Wiley, 68, died Wednesday at the Stafford District Hospital. He was born Oct. 19 1902 at Hutchinson. He married Alma Marr on March 8, 1923. She preceded him in death. He married Loreen Hamilton April 5, 1958 at Burrton. He was a retired employee of the Pan American Petroleum Co. and had lived in Stafford several years.

He was a member of the Christian Church, Stafford.

Survivors: wife, Loreen; son, Donald, Spokane, Washington; stepson, Laviere McMannis, Nevada, Mo; brother, Andrew, Craig, Nebraska; sisters; Mrs. Tinie Brown and Mrs. Neva L. Davis, Wichita; Mrs. Helen Thumbleson and Mrs. Laura May, Denver; two grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.

Services were held at Peacock-Milton Memorial Chapel, Stafford, Rev. D. D. Hall and Rev. Emerson C. Gillett presiding. Burial will be in the Burrton Cemetery.
