Mothers obituary says William David was the first one to be interned in the Hesston City Cemetery.

Little William David Rapp, the only son of Mr. and Mrs. William Rapp at Hesston died at the home of his parents this morning of Bright's disease, which followed an attack of scarlet fever. The little boy had been sick for some weeks and every possible care had been give him in hopes of his recovery. He was but four years of age.
The fueral service will be held at the Evangelical church at Hesston Saturday morning at ten o'clock and interment will be made in the Trousdale Cemetery.
