Hege, Virginia Todd

Funeral services for Miss Virginia Todd Hege, 19, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. B. E. Hege of Wichita, who passed away at her home Tuesday, February 3, 1917, will be held Friday from the Gill Mortuary in Wichita. Dr. J. Henry Hornung, pastor of the United Congregational church will officiate. The body will be brought to Halstead for burial.
Miss Hege was strricken last January with a heart ailment from which she did not recover, although she was able to be taken to her home about a month ago. She grew worse the last few weeks and succumbed to a blood clot June 29, 1937,
She was born in Wichita and was graduated from Wichita high school East. She attended the University of Wichita where she was a member of Alpha Tau Sigma soroity.
She is survived by her parents, Mr. & Mrs. B.E. Hege of Wichita; two sisters, Mary Margaret and Helen; four uncles, and one aunt; Dan Hege of Eagle Rock, California; Carl Hege of Halstead, State Senator Arnold Todd and Walter L. Todd, both of Wichita and Mrs. Mildred Hege Sayler of Holtville, California.
