Obituary

Services for Claude C. Wright, 72, 601 East 6th, Newton, will be held at Petersen Funeral Home with Rev. Louis Dale officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood cemetery.

Mr. Wright, who died unexpectedly Friday morning at the Bethel Deaconess Hospital was born October 17, 1900 in Halstead, son of Mr. & Mrs. Victor D. Wright. He was a retired truck driver and had lived in the Newton and Halstead area all of his life. He married Hattah Andress in May of 1925 at Newton. She survives. Other survivors are 4 grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a son, David in 1967, 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

A memorial has been established with the Harvey County Heart Assn.
