Obituary

Martha Jane Stutzman, 69, died July 7, 1984 at the Halstead Hospital. Born Martha Jane Hahn on March 18, 1915, at rural Halstead, she married Marion Stutzman July 27, 1933 at Halstead. She had been a lifetime Halstead resident.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Civic Club, Senior Citizens, all of Halstead, Wimodausis Club.

Survivors: Husband of the home; sons, John, Halstead; Donald of Woodward, Oklahoma; daughter, Carol Franks, Ft. Lupton, Colorado; brother, Albert Hahn, Newton; sister, Helen Nachtigal, Halstead; 8 grandchidren; 6 great grandchildren.

Services were held at the church with the Rev. Charles M. Curtis officiating. Burial was in the Halstead Cemetery.
