Obituary

Harland C. Wright, 64, of Halstead, died Thursday at a nursing home in Haven, Kansas following a short illness.

He was born January 17, 1907 at Halstead and had been a lifelong resident of the area. He married Valeria B. Owens August 14, 1933 at ElDorado. She died Novembe 23, 1966

Ssurvivors: three sons, Gary, Ted and John, all of Halstead; one brother, Claude C. of Newton and six grandchildren.

Another son, Richard H. was killed in Vietnam April 2, 1966.

Funeral services were held in the Kaufman Funeral Chapel. Burial was in the Halstead Cemetery
