Obituary

Jean Sanderson, 70, 1405 Axtell Road, Newton, died Sunday, July 16, 1995 at Newton Medical Center. She was born March 14, 1925 at Ellsworth, daughter of Fred Anderson and Helen Morganfield Anderson. She married Fred L. Sanderson on October 27, 1942 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He survives.

She was a housewife and homemaker. She moved to Newton in 1971 from Oklahoma City. She was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church and the Twentieth Century Club, both of Newton.

Other survivors include one son, Don of Hutchinson; two daughters, Sandra Johnston of Newton and Andrea Rostetter of Oklahonma City; one sister, Janet Miller of Bella Vista, Arkansas; four grandchildren and one greaat grandchild.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the First United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. James Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
