Inez Trego, 85, former Halstead resident died March 10., 1967 at Bethel Deaconess Hospital in Newton. She was born in Sedgwick County and came to Halstead as a young girl. She and her sister, moved to Newton in 1956.
She is survived by her sister, Louise Trego of Newton. Funeral services were held March 14 in the First Methodist Church of Halstead with Rev. James Andrews in charge. Burial was in the Halstead Cemetery.
