Obituary

Mrs. Nellie May Cooley, 81, Wichita, died Saturday at the Liva Vista Care Home at Goddard, where she had resided since December 4. She was born December 4, 1893 at Walton, daughter of James and Anne Filler Nelson. She moved to Wichita in 1947. On October 8, 1957 she married Hobart L. Cooley in Wichita. He survives at the care home

Mrs. Colley was a member of Indian Hills Church of the Nazarene, Wichita and the Sunflower Club in Walton.

Survivors: Widower; two sons, Lawrence and Clifford LeWellen, both of Wichita; one daughter, Mrs. Leslie (Leta) Freeman, Kingdown, Kansas; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Her first husband, Ortho Lewellen, preceded her in death.

Services will be held Tuesday at Draper-Cannon Funeral home. Burial will be in the Walton Cemetery.
