Obituary

Mrs. Clara A. Haury, 87, died Monday at the Halstead Nursing Center after a long illness. She was born June 5, 1887 at Halstead and married Carl F. Haury Sr. Novemer 26, 1914 at Halstead. She was a lifelong resident here. She was a member of the First Mennonite Church.

Survivors: the widower; one son, Carl F., Jr., Halstead; one sister, Mrs. O. P. Quiring, Long Beach, California and five grandchildren.

Services will be Thursday at the church with Rev. Robert D. Suderman officiating. Burial will be in the Halstead Cemetery. Cause of death was cancer.
