Obituary

Mrs. Susan M. Moore, 82, Whitewater, died Saturday at Axtell Christian Hospital in Newton. She was born September 3, 1892 in Illinois. She married Orin Moore on March 5, 1913 and they moved to Whitewater in 1917. She was a member of the Federated Church of Whitewater.

Survivors include the widower; one daughter, Mrs. Helen M. Mayhew, Denver, Colorado; three sons, Melvin, Albuquerque, New Mexico; Elwood, ElDorado and John, Ranier, Minnesota; one step-sister, Alma McCune, Ontario, California; one step brother, William Hawes, rural Benton; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Services will be held Tuesday at the church with Rev. Kenneth Tubbesing officiating. Burial will be in the Whitewater Cemetery.
