Obituary

Henry Nuss, 87, 406 East 1st, retired owner of a moving business, died this morning at Axtell Christian Hospital after a long illness. He was born July 31, 1887 at Marion, the son of Fred and Julia Nuss and had lived in the Newton area over 35 years.

He married Katie Klassen. She died in 1948. In 1961 he married Lillian Ramsen. She survives of the home. Other survivors: four sons; Elbert H. and Wilbert A., Wichita; Arnold W., Long Beach, California and John F., Santa Ana, California; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral will be held Wednesday in Petersen Funeral Home Chapel with Burial in the Greenwood Cemetery.
