Obituary

Paul E. Tafolla, 30, 311 SE 4th, died unexpectedly Wednesday at the Veterans Hospital in Wichita. He was born July 20, 1944 in Newton, the son of Salvador and Rebecca E. Tafolla. He had lives all his life in Newton.

He was a member of the Church of God and was attending Wichita State University where he was majoring in art.

He married Sharon K. Lett May 8, 1965 in Newton. She survives of the home. Other survivors: one daughter, Sonya and one son, Paul M., both of the home; his father, Salvador Tafolla, Newton; one sister, Mrs. Rachel Rodriquez, Newton; paternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Pedro S. Tafolla, Newton; and his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Rosa Rivera, Wichita.

Services will be held Friday at Petersen Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. A memorial has been established with the Kansas Kidney Foundation.
