Obituary

Edna J. Masters, 94, Halstead, died Mary 16, 1988 at Regency Health Care Center, Halstead. She was born June 7, 1893 in Halstead, ,the daughter of Michael and Elizabeth Middleworth Dreese. She married Walter M. Masters January 12, 1918. He died August 16, 1968. She was a homemaker and had been a lifelong resident of Halstead.

Survivors: son, Robert R. Masters, Tulsa, Oklahoma and daughter, Dorothy Healey, Santa Ana, California; 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Marian Loganbill and Jean Umholtz.

Graveside services were held Monday morning at the Halstead Cemetery with the Rev. William Nelsen. Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead was in charge of arrangements.
