Obituary

Florence Ellen Mirick, 94, Topeka, formerly of Halstead and sister of Neva Keller, Halstead, died Sunday, November 7, 1999 at Presbyterian Manor in Topeka, Kansas. She was born February 17, 1905 in Halstead, the daughter of John Michael and Malvina Allen Lehmann. She was a teacher. She was also a member of First Presbyterian Church, Halstead. A lifelong resident of H alstead, she moved to Topeka in 1995.

She married Bertrand Elisha Mirick Jr. in Halstead on April 7, 1928. He died January 26, 1984. Other Survivors include a son, James Mirick, Kansas City, Iansas and a daughter, Ruth Fuller, Topeka, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Phillip Mirick.

Funeral will be Friday, November 12, at Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead. Burial will be in the Halstead Cemetery.
