Obituary

Beverly Bea Krueger, 57, Halstead resident since 1987 died Tuesday, Novembe 14, 2000 at her home. She was born January 30, 1943 at Pratt, the daughter of Woodrow Wilson and Madge Lillian Hartzell Hughes. She was a LPN and coordinator of health services for Halstead Place Assisted Living Center, Halstead.

Survivors: her father, Halstead; three sons, Jerry Moore, Patrick Moore, both of Newton and Shane Krueger, Emporia; three daughters, Teresa Vandegrift, Halstead, Karen Hopkins, Newton and Donna Evans, Cottonwood Falls; a brother, Richard Hughes, Burrton; sister, Barbara Stout, Newton; 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her mother and one brother, Gerald Hughes.

Memorial service will be November 17, 2000 at the Newton Christian Church.
