Obituary

Mary Alice Waller, 87, Moundridge, former Halstead resident, died Thursday, December 21, 2000 at Memorial Home in Moundridge. She was born December 26, 1912 at Newtonville, Indiana, the daughter of Ezekiel and Margaret Brady Schoolfield. She was a nurse and homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church and P.E.O., Chapter AK, both of Halstead. She was a Halstead resident from 1950 to 1998.

She married John Ivan Waller on June 3, 1933 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He preceded her in death September 27, 1970.

Survivors include; two daughters, Marcia Kiaser, Pueblo, Colorado and Mary Margaret Waller, Halstead; three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, William Schoolfield and Nathan Schoolfield; sister, Lora Wesner; grandson, Raleigh John Robuck; and a great-grandson, Raleigh Gene Robuck.

Services were held December 27, 2000 at Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead. Burial was in the Halstead Cemetery.
