Obituary

Joyce Louise Wilson, 63, a lifelong resident of Halstead died Sunday October 12, 2003 at her home in Halstead, She was born October 5 , 1940 at Halstead, the daughter of Lysle Jay and Rosylee Blanche Harris Dill. She was a lab assistant at Heretzler Clinic, Halstead.

She married Harold Wilson January 12, 1957 at Halstead. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church; the Ruth-Wilson American Post 231 Auxiliary for 50 years.

Survivors: husband of the home; two sons, Rodney Wilson, Peabody and Gerald Wilson, Halstead; three daughters, Sharlee Bagby, Ellinwood; Penny Hall, Neosho, Missouri and Robin Powell, Joplin; sister, Arlene McGinn, Halstead; 12 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother, Carl Dill.

Services will be Thursday morning at the church with Rev. Nancy L. Lambing, pastor, with burial following in the Halstead Cemetery.
