Obituary

Nancy Wilson, 83, San Aantonio, Texas, former Halstead resident and sister of Mary Buller of Halstead, died November 22, 2005 at Regent Care Center, San Antonio, Texas, where she lived since suffering a stroke in 2002. She was born September 17, 1922 in Kechi, daughter of Gilbert and Nancy Woodworth. She was a 1940 graduate of Halstead High School.

She married Forrest (Frosty) Wilson, February 13, 1944. He died August 27, 1975. Other Survivors: son, Scot Wilson, Austin, Texas; daughter, Jane Tryggestad, Denver, Colorado; sister, Margaret Schroeder, Newton; four grandchildren, Patrick and Caroline Wilson and Paige and Scott Tryggestad. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gilbert (Bub) Woodworth.

The body was cremated. A memorial service was held November 26 at the Covenant Presbyteriaan Church, San Antonio, with the Rev. Dr. John Judson officiating. Porter Loring Mortuary North, San Antonio, was in charge of arrangements. She was buried in Halstead Cemetery, Monday, November, next to her husband.
