Obituary

Floyd Henry Holle, 97, lifelong Halstead resident, died February 6, 2006 at Halstead Health and Rehabilitation. He was born March 1, 1908 at Halstead, son of Henry and Maggie Stuckle Holle. They preceded him in death.

He married Emily May Williams in Wichita on May 23, 1940. She preceded him in death on March 12, 1993.

He was a farmer and former Legg Co. employee. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed fishing with his grandsons.

Survivors include sons Johnnie Lee Holle and wife, Johnnie, Jackson, Mississippi; Floye E. Holle and wife, Kelly, Sedgwick;; and Daniel R. Holle and wife, Carol, Halstead. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Holle; three brothers, Arthur, Carl and Lloyd Holle (his twin brother); sister Marjorie Seiler and half sister, Minnie Cadwell.

Services were held February 9 at Kaufman Funeral home. Burial was in Halstead Cemetery.
