Obituary

Eugene M. Denno, 67, rural H alstead, died Wednesday December 19, 1990 at Newton Medical Center, Newton, Kansas. He was born February 17, 1923 at rural Halstead, the son of Fred and Hallie Mead Denno. He married Joanne Hughes in 1948 at Wichita. He was a farmer and lifetime resident of the Halstead area.

He was a former member of the First United Methodist Church and a past member of the Americn Legion Post #231, Halstead.

Survivors: Wife of the home; son, Larry Denno, Halstead; three daaughters, Donnie, Houston, Texas; Denise Koehn, rural Halstad and Gayle Koehn, Wichita; 8 grandchildren.

Services were held at Kaufman Funeral Home with burial in the Halstead Cemetery.
