Obituary

Elizabeth C. Huebert, 89, Newton, former Halstead resident, died May 26, 1990 at Halstead Hospital. She was born July 15, 1909 at Halstead, the daughter of Dietrich and Elisabeth Mester Huebert. She had been a Halstead resident for 86 years, moving to Newton in 1987. She was a retired registered nurse for the Hertzler Clinic in Halstead.


she was a member of the First Mennonite Church and the Order of the Eastern Star, both of Halstead.

Survivors: many nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services were held May 29, Tuesday afternoon. Memorial services were held later that afternoon at the First Mennonite Church, Halstead.
