Mary H Vogt

Mary Helen Vogt, 77, Hesston, former Halstead area resident, died June 21, 1990 at Schowalter Villa, Hesston, where she had lived for the past nine years. She was born January 9, 1913 at Halstead, the daughter of John P. and Minnie Brubacher Ewy. She married Harvey O. Vogt October 12, 1930. He died Janury 5, 1982. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Mennonite Church of Halstead.

Survivors: son, Howard Vogt, Garden Grove, California; one daughter, Babara Stutzman, Hesston; two brothers, John Ewy and Ralph Ewy, both of Halstead; two sisters, Dorothy Janzen and Elizaabeth, both of Halstead; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Services were held Monday at the Church. Burial was in the Halstead Cemetery.
