Obituary

Georgia Kay Winter, 44, Newton, former Halstead resident, died July 31, 1990 at Newton Medical Center in Newton.

She was born April 14, 1946 in Halstead, daughter of Lester and Margaret Lugilbill Baum. She married Larry Winter December 2, 1971 in Newton. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Meridian Baptist Church, Newton and had lived most of her life in the Newton area.

Survivors: husband of the home; one son, Eric Winter and one daughter, Shannon Winter, both of the home; her mother, Margaaret Baum, North Newton, Kansas; brother, Kenny Baum, Hutchinson and a sister Ruth Hoyt of Mansfield, Texas.

Services were held at the church with Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
