Frieda Mae (Blosser) Koehn

Frieda Mae Koehn, 67, a former Halstead resident, died July 12, 1991 at her home in Newton. She was born May 28, 1924 at Newton, the daughter of Elmer and Ella Zook Blosser. A Newton resident for one year, moving from Halstead, she was a homemaker.

She married Sam Koehn at Hutchinson on September 27, 1947. He survives. Other survivors: son, Robert B. Koehn, Longville, Louisiana; daughter, Peggy S. Kelley, Wichita; brother, Howard Blosser, Wichita; two sisters, Hattie Esau, Walton and Shirley Banman, Willowick, Ohio and five grandchildren.

Services were held Monday morning at the Kaufman Funeral Home in Halstead, conducted by Minister Kenneth Smith. Burial was in the Halstead Cemetery.
