Leda May (Crawford) Jacobson

Leda May Jacobson, 96, North Newton, mother of Bruce Jacobson, rural Sedgwick, died January 11, 1992 at Newton Medical Center. Mrs. Jacobson was born September 4, 1895 at Sedgwick, daughter of Asa and Caroline Crawford. A North Newton resudence for 20 years, moving from Sedgwick, she was a homemaker.

She married Carl M. Jackbson at Newton on November 22, 1917. He died September 18, 1971. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Sedgwick.

Other survivors: sister, Nina Black, Sedgwick; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Services were held Tuesday at the First Christian Church, Sedgwick. Burial was in the Hillside Cemetery, Sedgwick.
