Obituary

Everett M. McWilliams, 88, Halstead, died February 24, 1992 at Memorial Home, Mouondridge. Mr. McWilliams was born August 14, 1903 at Halstead, the son of George and Grace Hoover McWilliams. He was a lifetime resident of Halstead, moving to the Memorial Home, Mouondridge, in January 1987. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Halstead.

He married Emma A. Goering at Moundridge on November 18, 1934. She died November 21, 1986. Survivors: son, O. Dean McWilliams, Morris, Illinois; three grandsons, Allen McWilliams; Berekley, Illinois; Dennis MmcWilliams and Kenneth McWilliams, Houston, Texas and three grandchildren.

Services were held Friday morning at the church with Rev. Dr. Roger O. Shanks. Burial was in the Halstead Cemetery.
