Obituary

Helen Hefling, 93, former Burrton resident, died June 2, 1993 at Kansas City, Missouri. she was the sister of Roger Hefling, Halstead.

She was born March 3, 1900 at Burrton, the daughter of John and Martha I. Fryar Hefling. A Kansas City, Missouri resident since 1989, formerly of Albuquerque for 40 years, she was retired librarian for the University of New Mexico. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Albuquerque.

Other survivors include nine nieces and nnephews.

Graveside services were held Saturday, June 5, in Halstead Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Wilson presiding.
