Obituary

George E. Milleer, 71, Sedgwick, died Monday, May 3, 1993 at Haltead Hospital. He was a farmer. Mr. Miller was born July 21, 1921 in St. Louis, Missouri. On October 17, 1954, he married Ethel W. Imel at Sedgwick.

He was a resident of the Sedgwick area for 66 years. He was a member of the Methodist Church in Sedgwick and the American Legion. He was a World War II Army veteran. .

Survivors include his wife of the home; two sons, Neil E. of Sedgwick and Scott E. of Halstead; three daughters, Ramona Driessen, Olathe, Kansas; Janice Masters, San Antonio, Texas; and Cheryl Miller, Rockford, Illinois; two brothers, Robert A. Miller, Wichita and M. Gene Miller, Hutchinson; a sister, Marjorie E. Pierce, Topeka and six grandchildren.

Services will be Thursday May 6 at the Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
