Obituary

Nancy Marie Ross, 33, Owasso, Oklahoma, former Halstead resident, died Monday September 6 at her home in Oklahoma. She was born March 21, 1960 at St. Marks, the daughter of Lawrence Baalmann and Catherine Cordell Baalmann. She graduated from Halstead High School in 1978. She was Vice President of Investments at Bank IV, Tulsa. She had been a resident of Owasso for 4 months, moving from Wichita. She was a member of St. Henry's Church in Owasso.

She married Lynn D. Ross on April 16, 1983 at Halstead. Survivors include her husband, Lynn and a son, Nathan Ross, both of the home; parents of Halstead; two brothers, George B. Baalmann, rural Halstead, Joe Baalmann, Kansas City, Missouri; three sisters, Elizaabeth Roth, Conway Springs; Teresea Johnson, Wichita; and Mary Baalmann, Kansas City, Missouri.

Rosary was Wednesday September 8 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Halstead. Funeral mass is Thursday, September 9 at the Church with Father James Eatough presiding. Burial will be in Halstead Cemetery.
